"Mom and pop hotel would have been better!"

Firstly staff was courteous and helpful...... The room need to be refurnished and cleaned ! The carpet filthy stained my daughters feet - Ants were all over sink and bathroom floor - alarm clock and other items enough dust where you could write your name...For a "Clarion Hotel " I was deeply disappointed and would not go back.The pool area was nice weather was a balmy 46 at night but pool was so warm and clean we enjoyed our swim... The breakfast $6.95 was a joke- save your money go elsewhere- the breakfast buffet was equal to a contintel breakfast!.Location is fantastic but unless they do some serious refurbishing and cleaning stay elsewhere!

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND/HAVE HAD BETTER"

Checked in June 6 as part of a pkg deal. Was told to come back at 7:00 for our Disney passes. Carpet was soaking wet by door. Bathroom fan vibrated and made alot of noise. Was part of light and could not be shut off unless you wanted to be in a dark bathroom. Tried buffet for breakfast, cold tater tots, overdone bacon, not much other selections. Very poor buffet for expensive price. Found Bonanza down the street $3.99 buffet for breakfast and ate there after that. It was wonderful for the price! At 7:00 a.m. was told to get Disney tickets at the park. All the way to Disney, pay the $7.00 parking, get on the tram, stand in a long line, was told no, get tickets at the hotel. Back we went after having to walk to our car because the tram was not going the other way. Went to front desk and demanded the manager. Finally tickets found under main front desk. Lack of concern on hotel staff. Was at pool with a friend who is a nurse. Someone was dragging a child from the pool. Over my friend ran to assist. I ran in and told hotel to call 911. They never came. Friend got water out of child's lungs and he coughed-was ok, Thank God. I could not believe 911 did not come when I told hotel staff. They said a report would be written. hmmmmm Hallways did have an odor to them. One of two elevators was broken. When it was repaired? it jerked and made noise so much the other guests and I joked when it appeared that we would not ride it. Maid service was good. Guy at bellhop station appeared angry we carried our own two bags in. I told him we could handle it because it was all we had. Jacuzzi (s) (2) were not hot in the evening we tried them. Pool was clean and nice. Have been to Orlando 3 times in the past and this hotel was the worse we stayed at.
