"A Disney Treasure"

This hotel is Quiet! Extremely Clean! and one of the best places to stay in the Magic Kingdom. The only fault it has is the "Pepper Market" (so-so food and mediocre service). This is our second visit to C. S. in the past 3 years and we loved it. Our 14 yr old son thinks the pool is terrific and my wife and I enjoyed the fact that it never seemed to be crowded.If you are looking for a a moderately priced, safe, clean, and beautiful resort this is it!

"Absolutely the BEST !!"

The resort is GORGEOUS !! Tropical, serene, quiet, not too crowded. We stayed here 7 nights, Cabanas 9A, during a very busy time at Disney - so glad to get away from the crowds each evening. Our room was clean, comfortable, and every request was handled in a timely fashion. My 13yo son couldn't get enough of the pool. They should DUMP that Pepper Market - couldn't even get service the one time we tried to eat there. Actually - it's cheaper to eat in the parks at restaurants with counter service. NOT for small children - but school-age and teenagers will LOVE the pool. KUDOS to Managers of Guest Service Operations -- EMILIO and BRENDA -- who took care of my requests ahead of time and both called during my stay to make sure things were OK. We were so busy and having a great time - couldn't even call them back. Loved it so much, I would stay there even if I wasn't going to WDW. I really had enough of the mouse, but wished I had just another 1-2 days to relax at the resort. I WILL be returning

"Great place"

We spent 2 nights at CSR on the spur of the moment, after a bad experience elswhere. Made the booking by phone from Disney Village Marketplace and turned up at checkin 15 minutes later. Reservation had already downloaded onto computer and checkin was effortless and reservation lady was absolutely brilliant. Got a map out to show us exactly where our room was and answerered every question we had. Room was clean and spacious. The lake in the middle of the resort is breathtaking and we have some great photos and video. The shop is good and the bar and restaurant were good. It obviously wasn't as grand as the Contemporary or the AKL but for the price it was amazing. Very relaxing, especially at night. Would stay there again.
