Policies

A pet deposit of $150 is due upon check-in for guests bringing pets.

A $65 cleaning fee (plus 12% tax) will be charged for reservations of three or fewer nights. Guests arriving after office hours will need to request specific lock-box procedures. The lock box contains an envelope with directions and keys to your vacation home.Contact number will be included in your reservation itinerary under 'For other information.'

Pool heating is available for an extra charge of $35 per day or $150 plus tax for the entire week. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
