The homes are located within various subdivisions at various distances south and west of Disney World. Pine forests and citrus groves grace the semi-rural suburbs, which connect by highway to Disney, Universal, and other theme parks and attractions widely scattered west and south of downtown Orlando.

Cancellations or changes made within 14 day(s) of the check-in date are subject to a 100% cost of stay fee. Cancellations or changes made more than 14 day(s) from the check-in date are subject to a penalty fee. Cancellations or changes must be made before 12:01 AM (Pacific Time) on the scheduled check-in date.

    Decor varies in the privately owned homes, but all feature light, Florida-style furnishings in white or off-white rooms. All include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, overstuffed seating, and at least one dining set of at least six chairs. Homes are cleaned before guests arrive. During guests' stay, no housekeeping is available. However, all homes include a vacuum and cleaning supplies.

    Most homes offer one queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in other bedrooms. Some homes offer one double bed in one or more of the bedrooms.
