"Fantastic time at the resort"

Having read all the reports, from all my fellow brits, I have great pleasure in advising that our stay in September beat all our expectations. We were situated in block 2 and had a reaaly nice room and the staff worked very hard to keep it clean and tidy.All the reception staff were of good knowledge and again keen to help in any way they could.We were even refunded the resort taxes.Please remember this hotel has nearly 1000 rooms that means a possible 4000 guests, and no matter how good you will never please them all.

I wish I had read this website earlier too. Having returned home yesterday I was just trying to find the address to write and express our disapointment. The first problem we encountered was the hotel had no record of our booking. as our holiday had been booked for a year we thought this very strange. We were given roms overlooking the car park, as we were staying for two weeks we asked to be moved next day. This took numerous visits to reception to arrange. We were told they were very busy and it was difficult to arrange. This was obviously lies as the whole hotel was very quiet. We did get moved but it didnt get much better. Can anybody tell me what is that awful smell in the water? is there a world shortage of toilet rolls,and why at the end of our holiday we waited in reception for 35 minutes waiting to check out. Take my advice go elsewhere
